Hello, everyone!! Welcome back to my blog. Today I would like to write about traveling with children in Britain. Also I will compare with in Japan. I will introduce what you need for your traveling and recommended travel destinations.
🧳What you need for your traveling ?🗺
First, I will talk about what you need for your traveling, especially with children. I talk about three things.
Towel
Towels not only wipe wet items, but also serve as warm clothing. Bath towels are very convenient because they can be used as a measure against the cold of children and as a substitute for a seat when sitting.
Sterilization sheet, disinfection
This is essential not only for having children, but also for traveling, as COVID-19 is going around world right now. People don’t know where COVID-19 is lurking, so we need to disinfect it. Recently, the number of places installed in stores is increasing, but you should bring it yourself. Also, disinfecting your hands will dry them, so it is recommended that you bring your hand cream with you.
Trunki
Trunki is the one I would recommend most for traveling with children. Simply say, this is a children’s suitcase. There are various patterns such as animals and characters, and they are colorful. It can also be used as a vehicle for children, and parents can pull it with a string while the child is on it. It seems that it has become very popular since it was introduced on a British TV program. You can see it in Japan as well as at airports and train stations.
👒Where do you go with your family for fun?🎡
Park
Britain has more greenery and more parks than Japan. There is a large green grass in the English park and there is a playground where children can play safely. And in most cases, there is a cafe (restaurant). So both adults and children can enjoy it. Here, I will introduce the Diana Memorial Playground.
⭐︎ Diana Memorial Playground ⭐︎
It is a very popular park with North American indigenous tents and pirate ships in the shape of Peter Pan’s world. This children’s wonderland opened on the 30th June 2000, in memory of the late Princess. There are also galleries and gardens around the Diana Memorial Playground, which you can enjoy all day long.

Warner Bros. Studios Tour
This is a popular Warner Bros. theme park. You can see the actual set of the movie Harry Potter series and experience the magic behind the scenes. Harry Potter, which is popular with children and adults, can be enjoyed not only by fans but also by non-fans. Don’t forget that the tour is a tour format and there is no same-day ticket sales and you must make a reservation in advance on the official website!

🇯🇵 In Japan 🇯🇵
In Japan, popular places with children are theme parks such as aquariums, zoos, Disney Resorts and Universal Studios Japan. The most popular is the Churaumi Aquarium in Okinawa Prefecture. You can experience the sea of Okinawa in the large aquarium, which is the first in the world to breed multiple whale sharks and manta rays.

🌼Conclusion🌼
I don’t think there is much difference between England and Japan in what you need for your trip. I also felt that there are attractive travel destinations in both England and Japan. Currently, with COVID-19, you cannot get to where you want to go right away. I hope that COVID-19 will end soon and everyone will be able to travel.
Thank you for reading my blog 🌷

I liked your advice for the safety as well as products to make traveling smooth with children. It’s not something that people think about but definitely an important aspect of travel, isn’t it?
I like your recommendations for the countryside as I think there are things to see for people all ages. Since I have a baby now, your post was very helpful for me.
A happy new year to you! Stay positive and safe.
